This smoothie isn’t actually green in color, it just has a kick of spinach. I’ve always been interested in people putting spinach in their smoothies, so I decided to give it a try and add some to my morning smoothie.
1 cup of berries
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of water
I was pleasantly surprised! I was a little worried about trying it, but it turns out you can’t taste the spinach at all. You can play around with the amount of spinach you put in; I’ve found that no matter how much I put in I still can’t taste it. I’m really excited about this because it’s an absolutely effortless way to get a serving of vegetables!
